Meeting Minutes
Meeting agendas are posted online usually one week prior to the meeting. Minutes are posted online once they have been approved, and kept up for a six-month period. Paper copies of agendas and minutes are also available from City Hall. If you would like to be on an email list to receive agendas for all Council and Committee meetings, please contact Brandy Brien. All Council and advisory body meetings are required by law to be open to the public. A recording of the proceedings is taped, and transcribed into written minutes which are later approved by Council or the advisory body.
