and long-term recommendations for land use in compliance with
City and State policies, and implements adopted development
goals and visions for the community. Planning Department Staff
support the Planning
Commissionand the Design
Review Board; provide land use and planning
assistance to residents and property owners, and coordinates
with other departments on related issues.
