The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed bid procedures and requirement and other applicable law, and may reject any or all bids in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City. Auction will open November 2, 2023 @ 8am and close November 9, 2023 @ 12pm. Items will be available online for preview starting November 2, 2023.
