How to Pay Your Bill

  • Over the Phone Payments: Call City Hall at (503) 436-1581 with your information.
  • Pay Online: You can pay your bill online through Xpress Bill Pay.
  • Pay by Check: Mail payments to P.O. Box 368, Cannon Beach, OR, 97110, or there is a drop box available on the north side of the building near the City Hall door (163 E. Gower St.)
